The Phloem Complex is an urban housing complex situated on a unique plot off land adjacent to the highway in a rapidly expanding section of Chicago, the West Loop. the Phloem Complex is a mixed-income residential complex that includes both urban farming, commercial programming, and an artist incubator space.
